SHIPPING & RETURNS

We offer FREE standard shipping (2-8 business days) on all orders over $200 (excluding sale items). Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation via Australia Post. 

Orders under $200 will be charged a flat rate of $12.99 for standard shipping (2-8 business days) and will be delivered via Australia Post.

Matuse advises orders to be shipped to a secure location as we are not responsible for stolen packages.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

At Matuse we value customer satisfaction and therefore offer a 30-day return/exchange policy (excluding sale items). 

Simply contact info@onboardindustries.com.au for instructions on how to return/exchange your item. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

• Items must be in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
• Return items should be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or order confirmation.
